Upload a photo, choose a style, tell us the names or words you'd like included, and pick a size and frame. We then create your artwork by hand and send you a digital proof to approve before anything is printed.

Well-lit photos where faces are clear and the subject fills a good portion of the frame. Original files straight from your phone or camera work far better than screenshots or images saved from social media.

Sometimes. If you'd like a collage or a piece built from several photos, mention it in your personalization notes and we'll reply with what's possible before we start.

Yes — there's a color preferences field in the personalization step. Tell us the palette of the room, a favorite color, or 'keep it close to the photo' and we'll work within that.

Absolutely, that's the whole point. Names, nicknames, dates, a place, a short phrase. Anything longer than a sentence usually works better as a small caption, and we'll suggest where it fits.

You'll receive your digital proof within 3–5 business days. Once approved, printing takes 5–7 business days, and shipping another 3–5 depending on where you are.

Always. Every order includes a private proof link. Nothing goes to print until you click Approve.

Yes. Your proof link has a Request Revision option. One round of reasonable revisions is included; we'll let you know if a request goes beyond that.

The uploader checks resolution against the size you choose and warns you before checkout. If we spot a problem after ordering, we'll email you to suggest a smaller size or ask for a higher-resolution version — we never print something we're not happy with.

Frames are optional. Choose Print Only if you'd like to frame it yourself, or add a black, white or natural wood frame and it arrives ready to hang.

Unframed prints ship flat in a rigid mailer. Framed pieces ship in a double-walled box with corner protectors. You'll get a tracking number as soon as it leaves the studio.
